Moving average propeties

How do I create a condition for the following:

moving average
period: 10
shift:0
MA method: simple
Apply to: Previous Indicator's Data

I'm not sure what "previous indicator's data" means, but in block "Condition" you can load Moving average indicator and when you click on "More settings" you can use "Candle ID" parameter to select the candle to be used. Yes, Candle ID parameter is the same as shift.

This properties only show up when we drag and drop the moving average from indicator folder onto the RSI indicator window.
