How to see the daily candle based on different timezones?

Hi Guys,

I am working on a system that used the daily candle. My issue is that the daily candle starting hour is 00:00 GMT as per my broker's timing.

1. Can I change the daily candle to start at a different time (e.g. @ 21:00) in the EA?
2. How can I change this in an MT4 Template?
