What is my Condition at 6 ?

Hi everbody,

I am newbie and please help me some little problem.

In my program No 1,2,3,4 and 5 ok. But I need help 5 to 7.
I have a sell pending order at 5.

Problem is : If price hit sell pending order after that I need a buy pending order.
If price no hit sell pending order, no need buy pending order at 7.

What kind of a condition should I put at 6?

Please help. (Sorry my English mistake.)
