Is there a way to select an object by name if the name contains dates and time?
      For example ST_down_2011.09.05 00:00
I am using the daily time frame so only the date changes, the time is always 00:00
For clarification I want to be able to have an EA that finds objects on a daily chart starting at a certain date. I want to be able to backtest. I hope that this makes sense to someone. Thanks in advance for any help! I have tried everything I can think of!

@mwilson4754 "Check Trading Conditions" ==> "Check Text Value", there is a scroll down to check object name... The name of object can be whatever you want I believe. That will find it, but then you would need to set conditions and such to make it execute. Or you could just run the backtest on a working EA during that time period?

Also people helping you is a free service, please stop expecting others to do your work for you. I have been using this for 20 days and it seems pretty logical if you look through the options.

Thank you for your reply. It does not work! I do not expect others to do my work for me! I always attempt to figure out any issue I have on my own and only resort to the forum as a last resort! I have been using this program for months so congrats on your 20 days! I am not a programmer nor do I code. So yes sometimes I have trouble sorting out the issue I face. This community is amazing and I appreciate it greatly. I do not appreciate snarky comments!
