Payment Problem

does anybody know why am i getting this error?
i am trying to make payment via my visa debit card
i dont receive any error when i use this card somewhere else except fxdreema -

what i dont understand is that i have been using this visa card for a long time and its been perfectly fine with all the other transactions then why isnt it working on fxdreema -

@ambrogio i contacted my bank and they are saying that everything is fine at their end they said "there must be some issue with the website you are paying to"

i already have contacted them but didnt hear from them

i had another account and when i faced this problem i tried to contact them but no response and the problem remained so i registered this account because i thought maybe there is something wrong with that account but i am having same problem on both accounts
its been over 2 days since i first contacted them -
Got a reply from them and it's not helpful at all
And I have confirmed with the card issuer, and they told me everything is fine on their end

For those of you who might face the same issue in future please try to clear your browser's cookies and cache
it might help
