Can some one show me how to place multipul trades every candle ea?

What do you mean by multiple? Many at the same entry price or at different entry levels?

@l-andorrà same entry or to even place both trades pending buy pending sell on every candle witch ever is hit first the other cancels if possible

I have a same question, example any MA cross opened a trade, if first trade is Buy and instead closing on TP t went to loss then on next candle another buy order will be opened and this will continue until all buy orders will be closed on "check profit (unrealized)".

The original question was to open them on the same candle. Do you need to wait for the candle to be closed in your case instead?

Yes, I want candle to close first and then new order should be open to new candle, means orders keep getting open on a new candle till all close on breakeven. This is as same as range trading.

Then you should use the 'once per bar' block on top of your launcher.
