      Hello there,
I am trying to build an EA that tracks how a price reached a specific level. For example, if current price is 1.1300, and a previous price level was 1.1000, I want to see if this rise in price happened without it ever retracting 50 pips. In other words, price moved upwards for 300 pips without ever falling for more than 50 pips. If it's possible, I would like to be able to do this without taking into account time frames or how long did it take for the price to complete the 300 pips movement.
      Thanks

I think this animal can calculate the retracement for you:

It's just a rough example, sorry I'm in bit of a hurry 😄
