MACD true signal line cross

Hi Friends
I am trying to make a MACD Signal EA. but i have a problem. I am using MACD true Indicator and it has macd line and signal line. I want to draw an up ward arrow when blue line cross below the red line. my EA draw some arrow but it has several failed situation.
could you please help me to have a precise MACD EA?

@amin your conditions seem restrictive, try increasing from 25 to 45

Try a backtest on M1 timeframe, increase the size of arrow, that can we see better
