I have almost a similar question. I have 2 custom indicator (PZ_Insiderbars) 0_1560710224820_PZ_InsideBars.ex4 and relative momentum index(RMI) 0_1560710269987_RMI.mq4 which i am trying in this set up.
buy when:
RMI<30 and PZ_Insiderbars detects an inside bar.

sell when:
RMI>70 and PZ_Insiderbars detects an inside bar.

Money management
no stop loss.
open 0.01lots
open grid every 20pips after the first trade if market goes against me
close when above open trades average 50pips.
