Is there a way to only open new trades if the previous position's SL is at break even or greater? Any advice on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

this is a way to make it trade again once stop loss has been modified, i think you can also build this more efficiently with "pips away " block and configurate it with your system. Its best if you share your project

Why that condition 'every 1000 ticks'? I can't see the logic behind that? On the other hand, I recommend you to renumber block 8. It will be executed between blocks 5 and 9 when it's supposed to operate AFTER blocks 5 and 9.
