easily explain variable, turn on rsi goes oversold and wait for bull candle please ?

i would like all my conditions met which involves lastly rsi going over sold, then wait for a bull candle, i know it involves variable turning block on and off, meet 2 condition ect, but can someone show me simple layout. thanks
