EA OPEN ONE DEAL ONLY ?WHY

When an EA opens and closes a deal when it is installed, it does not open a second deal except after a long time despite the BUY and SELL conditions being met? Why

The problem is not in the blocks, but I expect there is a different problem?
Generally when opening a deal it takes a long time, to open another deal.
Or change the time period.
So in general, what are the problems that could do that?

Server's broker communication, your internet connection, slippage, high volatility...and maybe your EA's logic.

I don't this there is a best slippage. Thechnically the best one is 0, but that will never happen. I think that the one offered by defaulty in fxDReema is good for most of your EAs. Just an opinion.
