Help with condition

Hello, I'm Sergi from Spain and I'm new in forum, first of all I apologize for my English because it's not very good...
I'm learning how to create my first ea with 2 conditions and both have to be complied.
For example first condition is Ask price is above to Moving Average. I already know how to create this condition.
The second condition is that the price candle close is XXX pips above the MA and I don't know how to put in.
Can you give me an idea? Thanks!!

Hi Sergi, here the condition is respected when the last candle closed is at least 10 pips above MA20

Hi Seb, I have tried it and has not worked. Open a sell when it crosses the MA without taking into account the 30 pips and open many orders continuosly

@xfire Hi. I have already found the mistake. I was testing in the SP500 and the spread is 15 pips, therefore the level of the close of the candle with the MA will be 500 pips instead of 50 pips. I have modified and instead of using a condition I have used Check Distance in this way:

I've tested in MT4 and works well and the results are positive in T=15m.
I will try to put another indicator to improve the inputs. Could you recommend me something?

Bones Sergi. Benvingut a fxDreema, si et puc donar un cop de mà, només m'ho has de demanar. Jo no sóc un especialista en indicadors, però crec que pòdries mirar d'afegir-ne algun de volatilitat. Vols treballar com a scalper, potser?

@l-andorrà Bones company, quina alegria trobar algú amb qui poder escriure en català en un xat. Doncs portava molt temps pensant en fer un EA i després de moltes voltes he arribat aquí. Més que scalper vull anar fent proves per trobar (o no) algo que funcioni mitjanament bé sense gaires sobresalts.
Estava pensant en mirar de posar un ADX o un RSI, accepto suggerènies jajaja. Ara faré alguna prova.
Una pregunta, saps si funciona que enviï un mail d'avís al executar-se una ordre?

Doncs no t'imagines la meva alegria. Porto ja gairebé 4 anys aquí i ets el primer català que em trobo (jo sóc andorrà, com indica el meu avatar, ja, ja).

Pel que fa a les teves preguntes, la veritat és que no hi ha cap solució màgica a l'hora de crear un EA que funcioni. Jo encara l'estic cercant!!

Efectivament, pots fer servir el block "Send email" just a sota dels blocks "buy now" o "sell now" i te l'enviarà, però hauràs de tenir configurada l'MT4 perquè te'ls faci arribar bé. Això fxDReema no hi fa.

@l-andorrà Bon dia andorrà!! Ja he pogut configurar el correu perquè m'arrivin els avisos. Una pregunta, per fer els backtestings quina eina fas servir?
He llegit que els de MT4 no són molt bons i he provat el Tickstory però em dóna un problema i no el puc pujar al MT4.
Per cert, el coronavirus m'ha fotut enlaire un viatge a Andorra, tenia agafat hotel per avui, dilluns i dimarts, ara mateix hauria d'estar al teu país.... quina mala sort

Bones de nou, company. La meva recomanació per a backtesting és fer servir MT4 amb les dades del servei "Tick Data Suite 2". De llunys, són les millors dades que trobaràs comercialitzades a dia d'avui. És una mica car, malauradament, però paga molt la pena. Tenen l'avantatge que s'instal·len a la MT4 amb tres i no res sense cap problema.

És veritat que la MT5 és molt millor, de lluny, per a fer backtesting, però per desgràcia encara no he trobat dades de la mateixa qualitat per a MT5. el dia que les trobi, em passo a MT 5 sense dubtar-hi.

El putu covid aquest està arrasant l'economia del país, però suposo que és el preu a pagar perquè la situació no surti de mare com us passa a vosaltres. Espero que tot aquest malson s'acabi aviat per a tothom.
