how to use "aplly on previos indicator" & "apply on first indicator" Using standard indicators in 1common indicator window?

Hi everyone,

i need to use rsi, 3 differnet emas and bollinger bands from 1commen indicator window and they are set with the option "apply to previos indicator" and "apply to first indicator"...so my problem ist to configure them in the builder. is there a way to use them in this way?
in want to capture signals in the moment they cross each other.
