Problems with Timefilter

Hi everybody,
I've a problem with a timefilter. I put it at the beginning of my blocks and set a start (6:00) and a end (20:00) time. But if I put the EA on a chart in MT4 and enable "Expert Advisor", the ea begans to run, although it is outside of the time like 01:00.
What can I do

This one does not draw arrows for me, now it's 00:25 server time. If you have another configuration, give me some example or tell me the id ot the project.
