No condition trades a noob approach

Maybe I am going crazy... why would this EA trade without any conditions whats so ever? What am I missing? There should just be buy stop orders or just sell stop orders or no orders according to conditions right?... but the EA is putting out both at the same time without any condition. Thank you for the guidance

Substiotute your block on top of each tree for a 'No trade' one.

Disconnect those 'close trades' from its current position. The need a separate tree for them only.
