Multiple Pending Orders sent to Broker - Account blocked twice

Hi, I have an issue... Multiple pending orders have been sent to the broker despite there being a block stating "No trade/Order", "Count of Pending Order" = 0.. I still see over 100 pending orders being deployed.. How do I resolve this?
