Price passes candle 1 high

I can't seem to have EA place object at high of candle 1 when price passes candle 2 high. Help please

What object exactly?

. When the price (Candle 0) is moving upward ...and passes (or is above ) C2 high then place a trade. It should not place trade at Candle 0 close but when candle zero passes high of C2.
