Rise indicator with Indicator(my indicator)

hello to everyone, hope you are all doing well in the middle of this pandemic. I am new to this fantastic website\tool. I want to use one of my indicator (Trend Intensity Index) with the ' Rise Indicator' function. The problem is when i test, it does not make the trade (but I see the indicator is rising). Can someone help please ?

Did you import it correctly to your fxDreema account? Can you see the buffers? Was it an mq4 of ex4 version?
