Draw Fibonacci based on high and low ZigZag indicator

could anyone tell me how to create an expert advisor that draws Fibonacci retracements on the graph based on the last minimum and maximum of the ZigZag indicator ?

That looks good initially. Have you read some threads about zigzag indicator. It is not a trivial thing to incorporate. I strongly recommend you to read these threads before even considering to use it:
