add or subtract constant values from the "adjust" option

with most of the blocks there is an option called adjust where you can adjust the value with mathematical operations
and i know we can also select a variable or constant for that field , but what if i want to adjust by Adding or subtracting constant or variable pips from that field? meaning it adds or subtract the values stored in a constant or variable ?
normally i would do like: +10 pips OR -10 pips , but now i want to +(variable/constant) pips OR - (variable/constant) pips

An interesting question. I would also appreciate an answer for it from the real programmers.
