2 trades at same time

Hi All,
I am a new user here and I want to know how to open 2 trades at the same time when there is no trade like hedging mode. I have no strategy at the moment but when I try my Expert on MT4 he opens only Buy and not the Sell. I appreciate any help or suggestion.
