Help, open trade according to candle time

Hello friend,

I want to make an EA like this:

if candle open at 01:00 server time is lower than candle open at 05:00 server time (in other words, candle 05:00 is higher than 01:00), EA will open BUY trade.

Anybody can help me? Thank you!
