Why "DELAY" stops the tester ??

Why "DELAY" stops the tester ?? I have even tried with the "HOWTO" example, but EA is stopped anyway.

@gaper If I remember correctly, the answer is no. The delay block works with time, and the tester cannot do it. May someone correct me if I'm wrong?

in the end I did it by putting a "pass" block after the "delay" block, it works in the tester.
