Editing Constants

Hi all,
i need help. is it possible that we make the "*3" in the "Modify variable" block in "OnTrade" Tab a constant? so we can modify it when testing the EA in MT4. or is there other way as a work around for this?

because what i come up with is to put the "VolumeMultiplier" variable on Fixed Volume size in Buy pending order block. in this way, i cant edit it on MT4 because it is not constant.
