I am trying to build a simple exit ea. Only needs to close after I have placed trade myself. Ma must cross a candle. MA 4 steps ahead. Any advice, please

@marius-els Not sure I fullu understand you. Is The EA supposed to selfterminate imediately after the trade is manually open or immediately after something happens to the MA?

The ea is supposed to close the trade when the MA crosses the candle. I will place the trade myself manually. Hence the ea must not place trades, Only close ones that has been opened by me.

The issue is That I do not know how to start since the ea will not place a trade.

Jy veduidelik nie heeltemal wat beteken "Ma must cross a candle. MA 4 steps ahead." Is dit 4 kerse later? Maak jou verduideliking meer verstaanbaar
