Close Loss Positions

My EA opens purchase orders and sales orders.

I would like to know if there is a way for me to create a rule to close losing positions according to winning positions.
Has anyone done this?

For example, my loss balance is -6.00 $ with 3 open sales positions.
And my EA opened purchases and the value of closed orders exceeded the value of the loss in progress, so in this case I would like the sales to be closed immediately.

It is possible?
How can I do this?
