Repeating 1 trade for the existed trade again

Hello.my EA repeats just 1 trade after the block(set current market for next blocks)for 1 pair randomly and other pairs ,no trade at all.or all pairs but so many repeatance!!!i wrote some versions AND I CHANGED THE SETTINGS SEVERAL TIMES,but all gone bad.

add a time filter of "Once "Per Bar" could help
