can when write EURUSD Buy @0.1lot in telegram and My EA open this order ?

i want in fxdreema create EA take from my telegram the orders will open it
Like
when i write in my channel telegram ( Open-Buy-EURUSD-0.1 ) in the same time
My EA create order Buy in Pairs EURUSD with 0.1 lot

when i write in my channel telegram close order buy EURUSD
then my EA close order

How i can do that ?
Note / I see like this EA work like i say above but its create by MQL5 program

Maybe you can write the messeges to file and read them back somehow but probably best to open order via EA and then send messege to telegram
