Open trade then when Bull candle is bellow or crosses lower bollinger band

Like in the topis. Anyone know how i can create a trade just then when close Bull candle orbull candle has around 2-3 pips and is bellow or crosses lower bollinger band??
I created already some robot. working amazing but with that will be work even better
