Newbie - How to write this EA

Hi Guys

Could you help me?

I am trying to create a simple ea: whenever price (close price) breaks 8 ema it writes BC (Break&Close) above or below the breakthrough candle.

Now I've been trying but the ea doesn't show anything nice in my metatrader.
