paint a rectangle

I'm trying to paint a rectangle, but I get no blinking and sometimes leaves.

A rectangle has 2 coordinates, each one with time and price as x and y.

price1, time1 - left side of the rectangle
price2, time2 - right side

time1 should be a time older than time2.
price2 can be lower or higher than price2, but it should be different. In your project your price1 and price2 (left and right prices) are the same, so if you ever see some object, it will look as a line... if something appears at all.

At the end I succeeded. The coordinates were correct. The error was in the time that was condcional flashing.
