EA Missing few Trades on Crossovers

I backtested an EA for taking trades on MA crossovers. It worked well apart from missing many good trades. THe EA takes some trades and misses some as well. I dont know what's the problem. Is it the modelling quality or is something wrong with the EA itself. I have attached the screenshot of where it took the one trade and missed the next trade.
