You can never predict price. period. With a $30 budget, it sounds like you would be better of taking lots of time to figure out how to do it for yourself.

@bk7 i was saying we all have a $30 budget, thats why were all sitting here trying to figure it out, because most people here who are good can at least prove history price. Future is impossible, thats why were all still here. Trying to figure to how to do it still.

Aside from the jokes, the request of @ramimoujaes was aimed to building something called "machine learning", there is so much stuff on the web, academic articles and studies to hypothesize future scenarios based on historical data. That's all.
