Any way to Price x> highest price (CDL) but in this week?

I want to tell the ea to buy for example if price cross over the highest price of last 10 candles BUT the highest price must be in this week, how to do that please?

Thanks but didn't work, this condition will check the crossing if happen this week, I need the the candle which has the highest price be in this week.
