Trend line EA problems

Hello good morning I would like to ask for help in creating a semi-automatic EA
the idea is initially based on the false breakout pattern

1 to be able to draw a trend line manually in the place I want

2 that the EA detect that line by means of the name that the user puts to the line

3 that the stop loss is placed at the end of the entry candle, that is, if it is buy, the stop must go to the low of the candle and if it is sell the stop must go to the top of the candle, also if it is possible that the user can add x amount of additional pips is from sir the stop to the low + 3 pip or 4 pip or whatever you want

4 that the TP can be 3 or 4 times the size of the stop

hi @ajmd97fx I thought I could put it as a condition that is, if it does not do what block 109 and 113 says then go back and do what block 108, 121 and 122 says
is that I need a block that serves as a confirmation for me to take another path
