Not taking long trades

Please could somebody advise why this EA is not taking any long positions? I have looked through the settings many times and can't seem to find the answer!

@lrswatson I see no apparent problem in the logic. Are sell trades open normally?

Yes all sell trades working. I have checked settings on the MT4 tester too. Very strange. Thanks for confirming that i have built it correctly!

@l-andorrà I still can't work this out after much tweaking and investigating. Would really appreciate someone to take a look. If the logic is correct, why isn't it taking longs in strat tester?!

@lrswatson Swap position of blocks 6 and 22. I think 6 should be on top of 22 and not the opposite as it is now.

@lrswatson testing ea i noticed the problem is in block 5 for a reason i don't know. Chinkou span is the current price shifted 26 periods back on the chart, to get around the problem instead of using the chinkou span you can use bid / ask> close candle id 26 .
