How to trade with H1 and H4 timeframe at the same time

I m finding how to trade with both H1 and H4 and more timeframe in the 1 chart, at the same time.
Example: Buy if:
(1) (H4) MA3 > (H4) MA20
(2) Price cross MA 50 (H1)
