Create a chart object (horizontal line)

Hello all,

Can you help me please. I would like to create a horizontal line when an indicator appear but it doesn't work. Look at the following.
To make simple, if the indicator appear the previous candle, I want to create 2 lines (horizontal). One at the candle high (names BUY) and the other at the candle low (named LOW).

@bagheria The problem is with that custom indicator. Are you sure it doesn't repaint and/or its buffers are correctly identified?
