'NO TRADE IS RUNNING' BLOCK
-
Hi Guys,
I need your assistance.
My profile does not have the subject block. How can I get it? -
@musa-5 Not too sure what you are asking, on left blue no trade mt4 or no position mt5.
-
@jstap ,,,I can't find the 'no trade is running' block on my profile but I can see guys have used it in their projects. Where is it located?
-
it's called no trade for mt4.
-
@jstap am working on an mt5 project and I can't find it anywhere.
-
@musa-5 It's on the left with all the blue check trade blocks.

-
@jstap is it the one labelled 'no positions'?
-
@musa-5 Yes it means if no running trade activate the next block.
-
@jstap just saw this,,,thank you so much.
-
@musa-5 Your welcome.
-
@jstap What's the difference between the below setups.
Condition -no position/order-buy now.
And
No position/order-condition-buy now.
I have tried the second one in demo and it opens multiple trades Everytime.
-
@musa-5 Can you please share the link to your project? That sounds weird.
-
@l-andorrà ,,,sorry,,just saw this,,,

-
@l-andorrà my main learning query is if the two setups are different in functionality.
-
@musa-5 My general theory is (and I think you will see this in the tutorials section), is filters go above as you can filter multiple trees from 1, they do work below and sometimes this is necessary, blue blocks go at top but possibly under a filter, this is where they seem to work best and prevents the EA from doing work when it doesn't need to. so basically as the logic works from the top down one block at a time, your better to stop the flow as soon as possible.
