Stopping robot and it is active on the chart!!!

my robot stops trdaing and it is active on the chart.
i have to close MT4 and open it again.then it is working.
the same robot is working properly on other MT4 in tha same broker!!!
this is so strange for me.
please help me ultimately to solve the problem once forever.
