EA putting orders even two conditions are not met

hello hi i putted PSAR confirmation check on candle 0, 1 and on candle 2 that sell will be triggered when consecutive 3 PSAR dots come above the last 3 candles(close) i.e 0,1,2 but sell was trigered when only first PSAR dot appears above the candle 0 after the PSAR dots loop below the candles ..
check the link and address me the issue..

@haikel All your blocks are comparing the value for PSAR on candle ID 0 on the left operand with past candles on the right operands. You should compare the same candles' values on both operands.
