Applying settings to whole account

Hi guys, is there any way I can apply the following settings (one trade at the time"no trade", and maximum daily loss) to the whole account instead of just that currency pair where the expert advisor is running?
I will explain better.. I want to open many currency pairs at the same time having only 1 trade at the time to the whole account and maximum loss of x usd daily..

@dthtdyh95 If you go to the bottom right you will see how to do this for daily percent, using fixwd amount is the same in principle.
