Same condition add volume and close trades %7 percent of deposit money

how can i add volume in same another condition
and how can i close all group trades my %7 percent profit of deposit money

thanx for answer. for example i take eurusd 0.01 lots when rsi < 70 then rsi came 50 but profit is not enought an price came again rsi < 70 i want take another lots 0.02 . like this but problem is my conditioon add lots of volume when rsi < 70 i whan just one lots when this condition
