you need to share a other link but in my last EA it was a a wrong indicator that set the sl or tp too much away from price

@winson You are requiring that the new top/bottom in trend happen at the same time that candle template is happening on candle ID 0. That is extremely unlikely to coincide. You shoul use less rigid conditions probably.

initially even i thought that it is an extreme condition to coincide but discover that if new /top bottom is connected with otherwise as show in the new link then it takes the trade.....so its not an extreme condition after all. Seems to be some other reason.

@winson I think the key can be that 'trend quality' option there. I never used it so I don't know what criteria are used to find a new top/bottom? Did you try to bactest the same time period but using all possible values, from 1 to 9? Maybe you will get different results then.

@l-andorrà That problem got solved on its own it suddenly started working on candle id 1
But now i face a new problem.On the buy? sell block i have % of equity,margin,%of free margin,freeze % of equity, margin, and freeze % of free margin but it doesn't seem to work as it should or at least as it used to some time back when i used it.
it takes a lot size much lesser that i expect it to
for example if for a balance of 10000 usd i expect if 50% margin/equity blocked then it used to take 20 lots at the first trade but now it takes only around 1.16 lots
what could the problem be.

@winson I remember from other threads a problema like that. If you want to use that "% of free margin-->lots" correctly you need to use much hifger numbers than 100%. I rememebr a user sid he had to use 1200% in his EA. Maybe you should try thet. If it doesn't work, then you should contact the admin to let him know.

i tried that "% of free margin-->lots" and tried from 100 to 1200 as suggested ....but that didnt work either.
I do think there may be some error or bug in the code because i clearly remember that it worked some time back but doesnt work now.
how do i contact the admin and can i refer this thread as i mention the problem.
