Help on Pending order

Anyone can help me on pending order? I am not too sure if anything wrong.
When i place a buy or a sell pending order, it will create two pending order for buy and two for sell.

Example
price 1.1000 and i place a buy pending order with a 5 pips offset value.
It will place one buy pending order @ 1.1005 and another one at 1.0995

I have use offset as 5 and +5 all execute same
