Opening trades on specific timefame only

is there a way for me to make the bot to only open trades on the 30 minute timeframe candle close? for example. if a trade hits the tp in the middle of a 30m candle (tp hit example time- 15:17) can i make the bot only open a new trade when that 30m candle closes? (example time to open a trade at 15:30) instead of having the bot immediately open a trade upon hitting the tp at 15:17

is it opening trades when Tps are hit or are there other conditions. but yes you can opn and close trade at candle closes

i think you may also not understand my question fully. i only want my bot to open trades on the 30 minute timeframe. so every trade that opened should only either be opened on the hour (example 15:00) or at half passed the hour (example 19:30) when the conditions are met. no trade should be opened at any other time. Only in multiples of 30 minutes
