Candles problem

Hi,
Good day,

I want bot to buy once high of 3rd candle broke. Help will be highly appreciable.
Attached are some cases, I want to open trade where "B" is written.

in 1st case: price broke MA, and broke high of first candle right after but takes 3 more candles to broke high of second candle.

in 2nd case: price broke MA and take total 4 candle to break high of 2nd and third candle.
