How can I add a text to the comment of each open position

Hello, first of the open positions I select for profit, loss or both and also for buy, sell or both and then I want to add a text to each position according to the selection.
Can someone tell me which block to use to add or change the comment with a text in the open positions ?

Yes, but that is to place a comment when opening the position. I am looking for one to modify a comment on an open position.
