Just curious, while the database was hacked, did they also obtain personal information on users such as telephone/email, even address? Cant remember what information I provided in the past.

Email, name and address. I had this details in the payments data. Having names was sometimes useful for me, I used them to find someone's payment in PayPal for example. I never used the addresses for anything. But as I mentioned before, I'm giving this same information to my accountants (to prove the payer's country and to calculate the appropriate taxes), then they are probably giving it to the government. And I think this happens everywhere

I always save backups in multiple places, hope other people do the same.
BTW, the restored projects with messed up IDs are corrupted.
